Kistaloppet 2012

I finished 4th in a time of 31:49, i ran fairly well for most of the race. I have a really bad couple of k's between 5 and 8k, i ran really slow 9:55 for that 3k of the race, but besides that i was feeling and moving ok. I was a little bummed i missed the top 3 and the prizes but i'm only in my base training now so its ok. This was a fun 10k, really rolling course and you get to run through an indoor mall so thats cool, and i guess over 2k of the race is on dirt so that was fun too.
